This fall season was a blast, playing for the Lake Mary HS golf team. It was fun to see how high school golf works in Florida compared to Minnesota. This season I earned first team all state, placing 2nd individually at state. I shot a 66 (-5) at Regionals, tied for the lead, and a 72 (+1) in the windy conditions finishing 2nd individually and 1st place as a team. State was cut short to 18 holes due to the tropical hurricane Nicole. I had so much fun playing with these girls and seeing them grow throughout the season. I enjoyed all the traveling and the wins, but most of all, I appreciated how connected this team was. Thank you, Lake Mary, for such a thrilling season of laughter and joy.
